Hard phase(such as Cast WC etc.) are uniformly filled in a low-carbon steel strip to form a tubular welding rod. Cast WC/Casting tungsten carbide is irregularly shaped, it has high hardness(≥2000HV0.1)and excellent wear resistance. Oxyacetylene flame surfacing welding layer has good wear resistance.
Typically used in rode construction, mining, drilling equipment as well as feed grinder hammer etc. Use oxygen-acetylene weak carbonization flame surfacing welding or argon tungsten arc welding.
